Renouncing US Citizenship
From what was once a rare occurrence, renunciation of US citizenship is now increasingly common around the world. It is a decision which requires careful consideration, as once done, the clock cannot be rolled back.

In most cases, before renunciation can take place, a US citizen must be tax compliant first. How this is achieved depends on your filing status to date, and whether you're already up to date with your returns.

We assist a large number of US citizens with renunciation each year, and the process does not require legal assistance.
